Margalit Azerad Haute Couture charges a flat shipping rate of $25 for all orders in the US. We do not accept responsibility for anything that happens to your package once the item shows that it has been delivered to your doorstep via tracking info. If you would like additional coverage, such as a 'SIGNATURE REQUIRED', please contact us immediately before or after your purchase to add the $5 fee for this feature.

We apologize if we accidentally send you the wrong item. We have a 3 step process to ensure that the order gets to the correct destination, but on rare occasions mistakes are possible. Please notify us immediately upon receiving your order to let us know about the mixup. Please include a note with the name and email used at the time of your order and mention of the error so we can process it correctly. We will reimburse your original shipping fee once returned and will immediately send out the correct item to you. If you received an item that was damaged in any way, please let us know immediately. Quality control is important to us and we want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Contact us via phone or email if you have any additional questions.

Unfortunately, we can not process exchanges through our site. You can reorder the item you choose (at any time) in the size/color of your preference based on stock availability on this site. You may return your orginal order (at your own expense) and will be refunded once it has been received.

You can expect to receive your order within 4-8 weeks from when your order was placed online. Local pickup in the Montreal area is also available. Please call 514-805-3001 to schedule a pickup time.
